We are carpet and upholstery specialists who prioritise customer service and incredible results. Our carpet cleaning is suitable for both commercial and domestic properties. We only use the highest quality tools and products to ensure an effective and safe clean. You will be amazed at the results we achieve removing dirt, stains, odours and pet hair! We use eco-friendly products and drive hot water into the pile of the carpet at 150 psi. We then suction it back using a strong vacuum. This leaves the carpet sanitised, fresh and clean. We always pre-treat your carpet as standard which ensures an effective clean. It is incredible how much a carpet clean can change the look of your carpet and even prolong it's lifespan!
We use our trusted process to achieve incredible results every time. Before the cleaning begins, we make sure to study your specific carpet to recognise the material and manufacturer instructions and then we select a cleaning method and chemicals to suit. This ensures no damage is caused to the material. For example, a wool carpet reacts well to acidic products rather than alkaline.
We inspect the materials, and then carry out a fibre test to identify the carpet fibre and then use the correct cleaning solution. We agitate the pile and then comb through the carpet to seperate the fibres and reveal any matting and dirt. We vacuum the area to extract the dirt and grit, treat any stains and dry them, and repeat this as many times as needed. Then, we apply a spray pre-treatment, using the correct solution and an odour neutraliser. We vacuum excess moisture and hand finish when required. We will then realign the carpet pile using a clean brush. We keep going until we are happy with the end result!
