We are a family run cleaning company who specialise in carpet and upholstery cleaning. We use top quality chemicals and eco-friendly products, driving hot water into the pile of your carpet at 150psi. This is then drawn back with an extremely powerful vacuum. Being non-toxic, our products leave your home clean, fresh and safe. All carpet cleans include a pre-treatment as standard to make sure the cleaning process is 100% effective. Our carpet cleaning service follows a specific process which ensure every customer receives the highest quality results. We take time to look at the carpet or upholstery we are cleaning, checking the material and manufacturer instructions in order to choose the right chemicals for an effective clean, and to also ensure no damage is caused. For example, wool responds well to acidic based products but not alkaline based products and will react if the correct pH levels are not restored - this can then cause damage to your carpets.
Following an initial inspection where we survey the job and check the type of carpet backing, we would undertake a fibre test to identify the carpet fibre in order to choose the correct cleaning solution. Any colour must have a dye test and pH test, again to ensure the correct solution is used. During the process we will agitate the pile and comb or brush the carpet in order to separate the pile and loosen any matting. This will also loosen any grounded dirt and make the extraction of dust a bit easier. Next we will vacuum the area using a powerful vacuum to extract dust and grit and treat the stains, drying the area and repeating as necessary. A spray pre-treatment will be applied and the deep cleaning undertaken using the correct solution and an odour neutraliser. Any excess moisture will be vacuumed and we will hand finish if required. Using a clean brush, your carpet pile will be realigned. Whilst this process sounds detailed we are dedicated to performing every step to ensure your carpet is left looking like new.
